Our Security and Trust Approach
We use disciplined operations, documented workflows, controlled access, trained personnel, quality oversight, escalation readiness, and responsible information handling.
Operating Influence
Our operating model is influenced by military and federal service experience: clear authority, documented standards, role-based responsibility, controlled handoffs, escalation discipline, and accountability.
Certification Boundary
Ascendia Connect is not currently presenting itself as SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO, PCI, or similarly certified, but is actively building documentation, practices, policies, vendor review, evidence habits, and operating controls for future compliance readiness.
What We Protect
Client workflows, scripts, instructions, escalation paths, service requirements, communication details, call notes, leads, appointments, issue notes, follow-ups, business records, training and quality materials, access, recordings, and vendors.
Controlled Access
Access is based on role, business need, client requirement, and approved authorisation. Personnel use approved systems, follow instructions, protect credentials, and avoid accessing information outside assigned duties.
Confidentiality and Data Handling
Confidential information is handled only for approved business or service purposes. Client and customer information is used only within approved scope, systems, and client instructions.
Human-Led, Technology-Supported Work
Technology and AI-assisted tools may support documentation, training, quality review, reporting, consistency, or knowledge management, but do not replace human judgement, oversight, instructions, or approved workflows.
Vendor and Tool Review
Vendors, AI tools, CRMs, phone systems, platforms, storage, scheduling, analytics, and monitoring tools are reviewed for business fit, security, access control, integrations, scalability, usability, pricing, and client impact.
Incident Reporting and Escalation
We are building a process for reporting, documenting, reviewing, and responding to security, privacy, operational, access, vendor, payment, system, or client-related incidents.
Quality Oversight and Service Visibility
We maintain visibility through workflows, call handling standards, documentation, reporting, quality review, coaching, escalation tracking, and overall service visibility.
Compliance Readiness Roadmap
We build compliance maturity through policies, workflows, training records, access practices, vendor review, incident escalation, data standards, documentation habits, and leadership-approved public claims.
